Cancelling and Changing orders 



Unfortunately once an order has been placed it cannot be modified. Orders can be cancelled within 1 business day and refunded. If you wish to change an order, please cancel the order and submit a new one.

Shipping & Processing

Free Shipping On U.S. Orders $50 and Over 

All orders are shipped USPS First Class. First-Class packages have an average delivery time of one to five business days. USPS shipping time varies depending on various factors. This can include holidays, severe weather etc. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Tracking details will be sent once your order has been shipped.

If you received a tracking number that means your order has entered processing and is being fulfilled to ship. Please allow 24 hours to track your package for updates on USPS website

USPS IS A THIRD PARTY VENDOR. WE DO NOT WORK FOR USPS OR HAVE ANY CONTROL OVER DELIVERY. PLEASE TRACK YOU PACKAGE AND ANTICIPATE THE ARRIVAL.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us right away. We will replace the item(s) at no additional cost to you. Please note, all items are carefully inspected before shipping.

Returns & refunds



Returns & Exchanges

The A.list Collection consists of affordable eyewear produced with high quality materials to ensure long lasting wear. We are confident and stand behind our products 100%. If for any reason your recent purchase does not meet your expectations, we will accept your merchandise in its original condition within 30 days from the delivery date of your order. Refunds will be processed, minus any original shipping charges.

 

All returned merchandise will be carefully inspected upon receipt. We will not issue credit or process exchanges if the merchandise shows sign of use or damage. Exchanges will only be accepted and processed for items equal in price or less.

 

Returns and exchanges received after the 30-day return period will not be processed and the package will be returned to customer.

Return Instructions

  • Carefully pack your items in the original box 

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping cost. Packages should be returned via USPS.

  • Please be sure to package items carefully with bubble wrap & plastic from the original shipment to avoid damage during transportation. Our return policy does not cover any damages that take place during the return process.
